Returning
- Return your item
o Please return your item within 7 days. Opened and damaged items will not be taken back. - What can you return
- You may return within the return period. You may not fully use the item if you do not yet know if you will keep it.
- Pack your item securely
- Preferably in the original box and protection
- This cannot be returned
- Items that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (where the seal or closure has been broken)
- Have you received a damaged or defective item?
- Report your item within the return period in your account and notify us via the return reason.
- To get a new product as quickly as possible, it is best to return and order a new product. An exchange is unfortunately not possible. Report the return in your account or check the return conditions to see if your item can be returned.

- Have you received the item for less than 7 days, but have you been unable to register the return? Please contact us.

- Within 7 days after registration
- We process your return within 7 days after submission or collection
- Sometimes it may take a little longer to process your return. You will receive an e-mail from us when your return has been processed.
- You will receive your money back after processing
- Bancontact/Mister Cash: within 5 working days
- Credit card: within 5 working days

- From the moment you receive your order, you have 7 days to register your item as a return in your account. After registering your return, you have 7 days to send it back.
- Order multiple items?
- The return period only starts when everything has been delivered.
- Subscription?
- In that case, the return period starts from the time of your subscription. After you have taken out a subscription, you have 14 days to change your mind.
- What can you return?
- You may not use the article if you do not yet know whether you will keep it.
